Start of the commission: Work begins once payment has been received. For higher-priced pieces, it’s possible to pay 50% upfront and the rest upon completion.

Delivery: Final artwork is delivered in PNG format at 300 DPI. Digital format only.

Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Bizum, or DeviantArt.

Signature: I reserve the right to sign all of my works.

Usage rights: All commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only. You're welcome to print the artwork for yourself, but you may not sell or profit from it without prior agreement.

Delivery time: It depends on complexity and workload. As a standard, commissions are delivered within 15–30 working days , unless otherwise agreed.

The process includes four reviewable phases: sketch → lineart → base color → lighting & shading. Each step must be approved by the client before continuing. You can request up to 3 free changes during the process.

Once a phase is approved, no modifications will be made to it at no additional cost.⚠️Extra changes cost 25–50 € each⚠️

Minor tweaks (e.g. small object or expression adjustments) will be evaluated based on context. If they are reasonable and don’t require redoing work, they may be free of charge.

Prices reflect both the time invested and the personalized attention you receive throughout the process.

Complex designs, decorative elements, detailed backgrounds or clothing may raise the final price.

The price offered is fixed. I do not accept haggling or underbidding. I value illustration as a professional service and my terms reflect that.

If you need the artwork by a specific date, I’ll evaluate availability case by case.

If an express commission is accepted, a priority fee of +50–100 € will apply.

Deadlines are agreed upon with the client. I always reserve a 5–10 day buffer in advance for revisions.

The artwork belongs to the client for personal use only.

Intellectual property remains mine as the artist.

If you'd like to use the illustration for commercial purposes (product, brand, book, merchandise, etc.), you’ll need negociated a specific licence with separate conditions and price is required.

You may share the artwork wherever you like, as long as I’m credited as the artist.

Refunds are not accepted once the work has started.

If the client cancels after the first payment, the 50% deposit will not be refunded. This covers the time and concept development already invested.

If the client becomes unresponsive during the process, the commission will be considered canceled after 15 days without reply. The paid amount will be retained proportionally.

Mutual respect is essential. Disrespect, undue pressure or offensive language will not be tolerated and will be considered a cancellation by the client i.e the 50% deposit will not be refunded.
